Training/Workshops

We can organize following trainings / Workshops for to make your human resource more proficient and dedicated. Each workshop would be of two days and general fee of each training / workshop is 15000 Rs. per participant. In special cases discounts might apply. Minimum number of participants is 10 for each seminar / workshop.

Fundamental of Antenna Engineering:
This would cover fundamental physics and concepts of antenna design principles and basic parameters of antenna performance. How Antennas and antenna arrays can be designed, for example, for wireless communication /radars. The course is useful for graduate students, university teachers, R&D organizations working in RF or other areas but require to integrate antenna / antenna arrays in order to complete design and development of their systems.

Fundamental Concepts in EMI and EMC:

EMI (ElectroMagnetic Interference / EMC  (ElectroMagnetic Compatibility) qualification test has become an essential part of all commercial and defense products. This requires a broad knowledge of EMFT (ElectroMagnetic Field Theory) and how it applies to help mitigate EM interference. In this fast moving world, time to market has become a critical factor and EMI / EMC principles should be at the forefront right from design phase. This training would help to realize this important concept to be embedded in all types of electronics products from a switch to satellite.

Electronics / Electrical Engineering /Technology for the Executives:

Generally, in large organizations, the executives or decision makers heading the organizations are only conversant with one aspect of engineering or in many cases only with administrative and/or financial management of the organization. This training would make them familiar with basic concepts of electronics engineering, baseband, digital, passband, communication and RF / Microwave concepts.

Mechanical Engineering / Technology for Executives:

Generally, in large organizations, the executives or decision makers heading the organizations are only conversant with one aspect of engineering or in many cases only with administrative and/or financial management of the organization. This training would make them familiar with basic concepts of mechanics, how these concepts apply to materials and material selection, the role of material mechanical properties in design of large structures, the thermodynamics aspects of fluids at low and high speeds and their interaction with materials such as in missiles and UAVs.

Quantum Computers, Quantum Communication and Quantum Radars:
The future of technology is becoming millions of times faster, secure and dangerous in very near future. If we do not catch up with the world to become familiarized with the usage of Quantum technology, we would not be able to make smart decisions to acquire equipment for our needs and would not have even skilled manpower to operate such equipment. It is essential that we realize the importance of Quantum technology and embed it at all levels from schools to universities and from top executives to skilled workers.

Public Policy and Development of Science & Technology:
Public Policy sets the direction of the country and its people. The goals set up by political leadership of a country should be reflected in the attitude of the nation. This comes through voluntary motivation and enforcement of such policies that takes the nation to a common goal. We can adopt policies that would put the nation to advance in the area of science & technology. How public policies are related with progress in science & development? What kind of public policies should be adopted which would set the objective of the nation to progress in science and technology? This workshop would clarify such issues and suggest ways to make inroads in this area.

God, Universe and Religion:

This is a general seminar about thoughts on a very wider canvas that covers three very different  topics i.e. God, Universe and Religion and how these three topics are so closely related that we can not understand one without the other. However yet at the end, we may decide to compromise with each in isolation, not because they exist without each other rather because of our inability and humbleness to understand and know about a fraction of the whole of each entity.
