EMI/EMC Qualification Test
Our technical team at Finash has decades of experience in working with various standards of environmental testing esp. EMI / EMC testing invariably required for all commercial and defense products. We are well conversant with all practical aspects of radiated as well as conducted emission / susceptibility tests. Below are shown some clips of EMI/EMC qualification tests of a satellite sub-system for a Ku band transponder CFI (Customer Furnished Instrument) being tested in a full-compliance EMI / EMC lab. Some of these tests were verified by EMI / EMC test facility of China Aerospace Science and Technology Corporation (CAST) at Beijing, China.

An EMI / EMC test being carried out at CAST facility in Beijing.

Radiated Emission test of a satellite subsystem.

Susceptibility test (of a satellite subsystem) being carried out in EMC Lab.

Checking the effects of slits, cables and connectors on radiated emissions.

The CFI (Customer Furnished Instrument) was a Ku-band transponder that was launched on board a geostationary satellite.

Setting up LISN circuit to isolate 220 V electricity power cables from the EUT (equipment under test).
